Chiefs appeal date with CAS confirmed

Kaizer Chiefs appeal against the transfer ban imposed by FIFA is set for 8-9 September 2020 with the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). FIFA has found that the signing of Andriamirado ‘Dax’ Andrianarimanana in August 2018 flaunted the FIFA’s transfer regulations. Subsequently, Kaizer Chiefs appealed against the ruling and will get a chance to prove otherwise through the appeal process. FIFA imposed the transfer ban following a complaint by Dax’s former Malagasy club Fosa Juniors. Kaizer Chiefs will give an update on the processes as the case has implications on the upcoming transfer window.
